Between sessions, you have voice-note access when something breaks open and needs to be said before the next conversation. That’s when the real movement usually happens.

A six-session coaching engagement for men who are ready to stop circling and start looking directly at what’s really going on.
Inner Helm is structured work, not pressure. We move through what’s actually there: the drift, the silence, the things that haven’t had language yet. And we build something more honest on the other side.
Six sessions over six weeks. Sixty minutes each, paced to your readiness. Some men move through weekly. Some need more space between. We figure that out together. A defined arc with enough room to follow what actually shows up, and enough structure that we don’t lose the thread.
What you leave with: A clearer read on what’s been running you, language for things you couldn’t name at the start, and a practice for staying with hard questions long enough to get a clear answer.
