I’ve lived a few lives.

Twenty years inside big organizations taught me how change actually happens. Not the version in the deck. The version that lives underneath the deck, in the rooms where people decide whether to tell the truth or keep the lights on.

I’ve been in those rooms. I’ve been the person in the room who had to choose. The work I do now is shaped by what those choices cost, and by what they freed.

I’m an ICF-certified coach and trained in Compassionate Inquiry. The credentials matter less than what they protect: a way of working that can stay with hard things long enough for something true to surface.

I live in Los Angeles. I work with men who are tired of running the script and ready to connect with what’s actually underneath.
