I’ve lived a few lives.

Twenty years inside big organizations taught me how change actually happens. Not the version anyone presents. The version underneath it, in the rooms where people decide whether to tell the truth or hold the line.

I’ve been in those rooms. I’ve been the person in the room who had to choose. The work I do now is shaped by what those choices cost, and by what they freed.

I’m an ICF-certified coach. That’s the frame. What holds the work together is something simpler: the willingness to stay with hard things long enough for something true to surface.

I live in Los Angeles. I work with men who are tired of running the script and ready to connect with what’s actually underneath.
