I started Pacific Minute to share this practice with others who don’t have the ocean as part of their daily routine.
Pacific Minute is a collection of short one-minute videos filmed on Santa Monica Bay. These shorts are designed to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect with your core from anywhere, anytime.
